Teaser Tuesdays - November 4, 2014

TeaserTuesdays2014e

Teaser Tuesdays is a weekly bookish meme, hosted by MizB of Should Be Reading. To play along, just do the following:
  • Grab your current read
  • Open to a random page
  • Share two "teaser" sentences from somewhere on that page
  • Be careful not to include spoilers!
  • Share the title and author, so that other TT participants can add the book to their TBR lists if they like your teasers!
Alethea huddled in her pelisse and muff and tried to decide if she wanted to listen to his apology or simply deliver a stunning set down and walk away from him. Except, of course, that she couldn't think of a suitably stunning set down, and she couldn't abandon Margaret into his care either.

  6. Isn't that a shame, when you can't think of a great one-liner for someone who's making you crazy? Great teaser!
