Scripture and a Snapshot - Clouds

The LORD does whatever please him,
in the heavens and on the earth,
in the seas and all their depths.
He makes the clouds rise from the ends of the earth;
he sends lightning with the rain
and brings out the wind from his storehouses.

~Psalm 135:6-7~

  1. So true and sometimes amazing what the Lord does and also a bit scary with the recent floodings and windy rain storms. We can never underestimate our heavenly father. Great scripture reminder. :)

    1. yes, we can relate as well. Although I took this picture at home in MD where we've had NO flooding this year (surprise!!), we are in New Orleans this weekend and got caught in one of the storm cells after the tropical storm yesterday, and WOW. But God is in control!

  2. Beautiful picture! We have similar clouds forming in the west as I type this comment.

    Thank you for the reminder that Jesus holds everything together. :-)

  3. The rest of the year in the Pacific Northwest we look like that but today we have clear skies and 95 degrees! Beautiful picture though. I came from the Scripture Sunday linkup. God bless you.

  5. "whatever pleases him" - and I'm so thankful that what pleases him is loving us! Thanks for sharing these verses, Kym. We are blessed.
