What I'm Reading - November 14, 2016

It's Monday! What Are You Reading?

This weekly reading list meme is hosted at Book Date. Join in to see what others are reading and maybe get some ideas of what to read next! I also link up with Tales of a Pee Dee Mama for D.E.A.R. Monday (Drop Everything And Read).

I finished reading . . . and another week goes by without anything completed, but there really hasn't been much time to read. I've been away from home for at least an overnight three times in the past two weeks and have been crazy busy during the times I have been home. We have one more mini-vacation planned for this week, and then at least I'll be home. It's doubtful that the busy-ness will let up though, since the holiday season is upon us!

I'm currently reading . . .

Shadow of the Storm (Out From Egypt)by Connilyn Cossette - I didn't have a lot of time for reading this past week, but I am so close on this one, and it is such a good read. This week doesn't look like I'll have a lot of reading time either, but I'm hoping I can at least finish this and have a review up early next week.

Swept Away (Trouble in Texas) (Volume 1) by Mary Connealy - without much time for reading, I may have read only one chapter in this.

The Tea Planter's Wife: A Novel by Dinah Jefferies - and unfortunately, didn't get anything done on this one during the week. I'm hoping to get back at it this coming week, if time allows. I borrowed this from the library, so if I can't renew it when it comes due, I may not be able to finish.

  2. Lots of good reads, it looks like. Sometimes it is so hard to find time to read and enjoy the book. Hope you find some this week. - Lori
