On Sunday evening, we took a walk through Carroll Creek Park in downtown Frederick. The park area started as a flood control project in the 70's. Later additions of brick walkways, water features, and pedestrian bridges has made it an inviting urban park.

Living out from towns, there are no parks such as this unless I venture 50 miles to the much bigger and busy city so this would be such a treat to have a place to go walk like this. Awesome waterfall and lily pads. Have a happy week.
