It's been a couple of weeks since I did a weekly update, so here's what's been happening since then. With all the summer busy-ness, I haven't been doing as much reading lately.
I finished reading . . .
A Brush with Shadows (A Lady Darby Mystery)
by Anna Lee Huber - Lady Kiera and Sebastian Gage visit his childhood home to search for a cousin who's disappeared and find more danger and mystery than they'd expected. (See my full review HERE.)

Together Forever (Orphan Train)
by Jody Hedlund - Marianne Neumann goes on her first trip with the Children's Aid Society to find homes for orphans. She and her fellow agent fall in love along the way. (See my full review HERE.)

I'm currently reading . . .
Delilah: Treacherous Beauty
by Angela Hunt - a very interesting novel that imaginatively fills in details in the Bible story of Samson and Delilah.

A Daring Venture
by Elizabeth Camden - just started this review book from one of my favorite authors.

The Master and His Apprentices: Art History from a Christian Perspective by Gina Ferguson - I worked my way through several early chapters of this art history text for a Homeschool Crew review (which you can read HERE), and will continue to read it here and there over the next several months.
Next on the stack...
Treacherous Is the Night (A Verity Kent Mystery)
by Anna Lee Huber
Praise Habit: Finding God in Sunsets and Sushi (Experiencing God)
by David Crowder
In the Region of the Summer Stars (Eirlandia Series)
by Stephen R. Lawhead - I did start this a couple weeks back, and had to set it aside so I could finish reviews. I do plan to pick it up again when I have a bit of time.
